With the “Masterband FX2 120 3-D CS” BaSys presents a concealed door hinge for rebated house and apartment doors with 18 mm overlap and continuous leaf seal. It has a load-bearing capacity of 120 kilograms per pair, is mounted on maintenance-free bearings and is adjustable in three dimensions. The “Masterband FX2 120 3-D CS” was specially developed for rebated exterior doors exposed to weathering and temperature fluctuations. It accommodates leaf seals and also has a seal in the hinge itself. In addition, the new hinge solution meets the design requirement for discreet or invisible hardware technology. In the category “Excellent Product Design – Building and Elements” the “Masterband FX2 120 3-D CS” received one of the coveted “Winner” awards at the German Design Award in February 2016.
